Failure to adapt.   That is BA's biggest weakness...that and being a total duche bag.  Our first drives look great, usually score points and eat up lots of clock.  Then the other team reacts (imagine that!) but we stick with the same game plan!!!!

Look as much as I hate to say this we are not a power-running team anymore.  We don't have a dominant O-line and I love Willie and Moore but they are NOT (and never will be) Bettis.  We can't run against 8 defenders in the box.

WAKE UP ARIANS!!!!  Your two tight-ends crap isn't working.  If we aren't careful this team will ruin Ben and then we will really be in trouble.

Reasons why we should go after Kiffin:

1.  He did an awesome job at USC as WR/TE coach and then as Off Coordinator

2.  (as another poster here pointed out) It would piss off Al Davis

3.  He's not Bruce Arians

4.  I hear he's looking for work, and I bet he has a chip on his shoulder....I like that.  We can channel the anger!

5.  I think he's pretty good...I mean getting fired by Al Davis is a plus in my book and as for his record with the Raiders, he had nothing to work with (Russell? - come on!)

6.  Did I mention that he's not Bruce Arians?

Lane Kiffen sounds good to me.  ABBA = Any Body But Arians

+1 on getting rid of both of these to SOBs.  Willie is awful.  Go get a drunk tailgater from the parking lot he'll do better!
