I think for sure we need to focus on the defense.  The age of the defense is killing us.  Obviously they just can't hang anymore.  What other reason could it be for so many 4th qrtr losses?  They just can't hang for the whole 60 minutes.  Get some youth on D and maybe we can start building it back up to it's glory. I think we have a couple of bad years coming defensively.

I would have to say that this is probably the best idea out of the group.  Shanahan is decorated and knows what he is doing.  I would be okay with him coming in.  However, I'm just a yinzer with no "real" NFL knowledge so therefore I digress.
