2.  (as another poster here pointed out) It would piss off Al Davis

3.  He's not Bruce Arians

4.  I hear he's looking for work, and I bet he has a chip on his shoulder....I like that.  We can channel the anger!

5.  I think he's pretty good...I mean getting fired by Al Davis is a plus in my book and as for his record with the Raiders, he had nothing to work with (Russell? - come on!)

6.  Did I mention that he's not Bruce Arians?

Think Kiffin is too young and probably has a lot of exotic ideas about the passing game.  we don't have the personnel to be exotic. We need Whisenhunt and Grimm back.  Unfortunately, they are both employed.  But I agree Kiffin is not Bruce Arians. That is a plus in his favor.

Left lane is supposed to be for passing only, except during heavy traffic.  This is especially true on a 2 lane expressway/freeway.  I think it is on the book as a law, but it does not seem to be well enforced in this country.
