You guys are all dopes!!! This website is ridiculous...Bruce Arians is a great offensive coach! Who do you think is going to do a better job? They won the SB last year and this year the offense was one of the most prolific in Steelers HISTORY!! They are 7th in the league...and he did it with an offensive line that was like swiss cheese...you have to be kidding me...one season of missing the playoffs??? What a joke. I say they better keep BA or you may not make it back to the SB for the rest of Ben's career. Don't you think the Defense was more to blame??? if they could cover any teams tight end or the 6 yard out, or intercept a pass, maybe we would be worrying about trying to get our playoff tickets rather than taking a man's job and career away!
I had to respond to your reference of our "prolific" offensive season. Hate to break it to you, but all of those "prolific" yardage totals yielded us a whole 21 extra points over last season. Thats 1600 more yards than last season and a measley 21 more points. Our offensive efficiency (yards per point) has gone down every season of Arians' tenure. We were the 30th ranked red zone team, and for 2 years running we are one of the worst 3rd and short teams in the league. Why is this? Because Arians refuses to employ any sort of I formation even though we all know our O-Line has been below average at run blocking since Faneca left. I am sorry, but Arians has more of an allegiance to his system than he does to common sense, playing to the team's strengths or even in-game situations (IE Consistently THROWING WITH A F'N LEAD). People really need to watch the games instead of saying OMG BIG BEN STATS YEA! Guess what Drew Brees had 5k yards last year and was 8-8. Tom Brady threw 50 TD's and ended up ringless. Passing RARELY wins championships. Defense, running and good situational football does. That is Steeler football, and Arians is undermining our identity. Needless to say, he should be publicly executed and then fired.

It should have been obvious during the Dennis Dixon game. Ben was not in there to audible out of Arians horrible play calling and it was obvious. Run, Run, pass, punt. They were sooooo predictable. When they finally went with the play action they drove down the field and scored. Then they went away from it. Why didn't he let Dixon run??? Don't give me that crap about him being the only capable quarterback...it was a MUST win game! They let him run once and all he did was score. There is a reason this man was fired from the Clowns!!! Now we are losing to them!!!
He also started out overtime with a deep pass (to Santonio I think). I remember sitting there and thinking "Don't throw it deep on first down, that's way too predictable". Now if some guy on his couch can figure that out, how does Bruce ever think he's going to compete against the defense of the Baltimore Fucking Ravens? This was a QB who had never played before and Bruce did absolutely nothing to help him out. Bruce is furiously incompetent.

Go back to prison before you hurt somebody. Wanting the guy out is one thing, hatred is bad karma! Oh, and when is the last time you ran a pro offense?
When was the last time Arians ran one? 5 Wide sets on 3rd and less than 1? Thats West Mississippi Valley State Tech A&I garbage, not a Steeler offense. 3rd and short, bring in the FB and pound it for a yard. If you can't get a yard at will, you don't deserve to be in the NFL.
