Saw that he was available. Decent signing as Cooper was STs only. IIRC, Frazier was good on STs and played a bit when someone was injured.
He's not a guy who you want to start but provides better backup than Goo Wallace, Arnie Harrison, or Ron Stanley. IMO, Cooper never was one.
I'd say he could lend some of the Bengals' defensive calls, but that's a useless contribution.
Jason Capizzi released by the Jets.

come on now, just think of the bengal locker room stories he's going to be telling. especially after getting pasted by the browns for 51 gillion points.

Once a Steeler, always a Steeler I say! Exciting. Will help on specials, provides decent depth, has knowledge of the system. Very exciting!

I liked Dre, glad he's back. Don't know if his story will turn out the way Silverback's hs, but they both started as Steeler UDFAs, went to a division rival, then returned.

Glad to see him return. Hope he can lock down a permanent spot on the team.

I was pretty disappointed when we cut him in the first place. Glad to see that he has returned. After watching our coverage teams last Sun., he can only help us improve.
Anyone recall the lick he laid on PC...or DP...or STD Sam on MNF in 2005?
