per WTAE channel 4.  whole mess of charges.  seems he is into womans rights as well as given them some lefts.

not looking to good...charges range from domestic violence and some child endangerment crap.

Yeah,  that is not good.  Hopefully, this will not cause a major distraction for the team and Najeh can get things straightened out.  It is also ashame that kids are involved in the situation.

Maybe we had good reason to get Gary Russell some work during the off week.

Would hate to lose him the way that he's been playing.  But if he's guilty of this, he deserves the penalties and suspensions that go along with it.  My suspicion is that it may well be dropped or reduced when all is said and done (these cases usually are), but who knows.

They're all misdemeanor counts though, so to me, that means it's not as serious as the charges make it sound.

I'd hit a bitch if she tried to keep me from my kids too.

I forget where I read Najeh's account.  He showed up for a visitation, and the ex didn't have the kids clothes ready, she wasn't being cooperative about letting him have the kids, some sort of domestic brouhaha.  So Naj's driving away, and she's pulling the kids out of the car, has her knee in the one kid's chest or something, and he's freaking out because the car was moving.  This is no clear cut "he just went nuts and slapped her around" type thing.  Sounds very heated and emotional, and he seems genuinely angry that she endangered the kids.  

So, two sides, I guess.
