I think the world of Ryan Clark as a player, but there's worse news I can think of.  We have an alright guy as backup.

last I heard, Logan has a full time job signing autographs at the Borders at the Village...I also hear he has a date at the Batches house for turkey pot pies on thanksgiving.

Well, they did sign Tyrone to a multi-year contract, which pretty much put Logan out of the picture.  FWIW, Logan did play ST's better, even in his final couple years, than some of the guys that are on the units now.

Clark is a loss, if this is true.  ST's do suffer from Ryan's departure.  They took Anthony Smith off those teams when he started, which ain't good.  And IIRC, Clark also was on some units as well.  At least those two guys can move and tackle.

Clark and Tuman put on IR. Philips © brought up from practice squad.  Last spot probably left to find someone that can play special teams.

If anyone watched Monday Night Countdown before the Baltimore game, they showed Mike Logan.  He owns a spa that Hines and the other WRs get manicures and pedicures at.  It was a pretty funny piece.

Also, ESPN is saying "Injury Woes Hit Steelers".  If Clark and Tuman are our worst injuries, I'm a happy fan.

Spaeth isn't very good, but it looks like he was already supplanting Tuman as second TE.  

In themselves, the Steelers are still very OK, but it does leave them thin at FS and TE.  I'd hate to see J. Dekker in a real NFL game.
