After the top 2 seeds that get a bye, are teams ranked solely on record or does it go by division champs with the two WCs rounding out the bottom of the 6?

Division winners take top 4 seeds, and then the WCs are determined by the usual criteria.  So you could have a 9-7 4 seed ahead of a couple of 10-6 WCs.

I like it.  That scenario has been bouncing around in my head as well.  I wanna jump right on board and throw fan-caution to the wind ... but I'm still in wait and see mode, just for a few more weeks.

nice breakdown.  i would LOVE to get some of those comeuppin revenge wins out of the way in Tomlin's first year as coach.  I just hope Big Ben wears a helmet as he's rocking the wheelie out of the stadium...
