who do we keep if any?
QB Brian St. Pierre UFA
FB Dan Kreider UFA
OG Alan Faneca UFA
OG Chris Kemoeatu RFA
OT Trai Essex RFA
OT Max Starks UFA
DL Nick Eason UFA
The O line could be really in trouble. I thought Haggens was a FA also?

I think we're beyond trouble.

Kemo and Starks would be the only two that I'd even consider off that list.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to keep Kreider, but there seems to be little point in that since they are fazing him out.

Haggans is a free agent. If we can sign him go for it (a deal like Deshea). Let the Woodley and Timmons era start. Starks is the other UFA I'd make a pitch at.
If I was this Steelers, we have alot of vets in the final year of the deal coming up. If it makes sense to cap cut them, perhaps that should be done.
We need to free up some dough to plug some ugly holes that have shown up. One of which, is I'd consider looking at another weapon for Ben, O-Line, and D-Line bodies.

Anyone know what our cap situation will be in 08? I think we are like 24 mill under or so.

Timmons, I think, actually got some pressure on Bulger, morethan once. Tiem to work he and Woodley into the D. THe need to kep Kemo as a G and FB. Anyone see the hole he made at the goal line for Dookie Thurs night? Dokie didn't follow him, for some unknown reason, but Penso and his blue bra could have made it through there.

Looks like you've been missing a lot of work lately.
I wouldn't say I've been *missing* it, Bob.
