Goal line coverage

Just wondering if others see things in a similar way.

For two straight weeks, we've had the opponent on a critical 3rd down inside our 5-yard-line, when, pre-snap, there's a lot of evident confusion among our DBs.

Lots of pointing, lots of shuffling around.

On each of these plays, I'm screaming for a timeout. None comes. TD.

Bad coaching:
1. Why are we so fucking confused on a critical play?
2. Why aren't we calling timeout?
