...does Roethlisberger know that if he is outside of the pocket (which he is on most passing plays) that he DOES NOT HAVE TO TAKE A FUCKING SACK and can instead throw it away?

I can't count how many times this season he has had ample time to throw an incomplete pass for no gain but has instead taken a sack for a 10+ yard loss.

True, but I also cannot count the number of times where he has made immense and or crucial plays doing the exact same thing.
