I am surprised no one here thinks there is some validity to the PFT claims.

There is no reason in the world Ben should not be team MVP.

It is entirely possible that his teammates may not like him that much.

Marino was not well liked in Miami and I am sure there are a number of other teams who had good QB's which they disliked for one reason or another.

Although Harrison had a great year he can be replaced easier than Ben.

I think Ben's teammates need to ask themselves what their record would be without Ben.

My guess is 6-10 without Ben and 10-6 without Harrison.

I frankly don't give a shit whether his teammates like him, whether they play cards together Friday nights, or whether they think he's dumb as a box of cat turds.  So long as they come together and play like a team, and Ben does what Ben does, let the team settle the beauty contests.

I agree.  Who gives a shit whether or not they like him as long as they play for him.
Although, I'd have to say, given the quotes you see in the press, I'd have a hard time really believing that they can't stand the guy.

Maybe they figure he's got several more comin', so let's give it to Silverback to show how much we appreciate how he stepped up.  AND to remind him that we gotta play the team whose asses he kicked this Sunday....
