1) Retool the O-line, including its coach.

Starks, Kemo, C-????, Simmons, Colon.

2) Get Ben another weapon.  Santonio's double teams eliminate our big play threat.

Consider Ben calling his own plays.

3) Begin the Timmons, Woodley era in '08.

4) Get some depth at the D-Line.  God forbid Smith, Hampton, or Keisel go down.

Even though we had secondary issues, I don't have a problem with whos back there now.  Fix the front and the back improves.

Firing Arians about 2 hours ago would have been a help.

Firing him now has to be necessary

We'll have to see what happens.  My bet is the O-line coach goes first.  It be interesting to see how his play calling would have been if the O-line was remotely NFL caliber second half of the season.

Anyways, you think Jeremy Bloom can be groomed as a return specialist?
