hmmm... I can understand BM, but I still feel we need to try and retain Nate's services.  There's still 4 days to go, so still might get done.

It'd be interesting if the only FA we kept, other than backups or special teamers was Starks.

They are negotiating with Kemoeatu, who finished his first season as their starting left guard in his fourth year. Agent Ken Vierra said he talked Friday with Steelers negotiator Omar Khan in Indianapolis and "I would expect our talks will heat up in the next day or two."

hmmm.  So it looks like Marvel is out most likely...  I'm surprised they are going after Mr. False Start himself..

They know the score.  Kemo will get signed to small money.  If he starts this season, I predict he winds up as a backup.  They'll go OG in the first few rounds, guaranteed.

Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports the Pittsburgh Steelers continue to negotiate with Ken Vierra, agent for Steelers impending free-agent OG Chris Kemoeatu. Vierra expects talks to heat up in the next day or two.

Terry McCormick, of the Nashville City Paper, reports the Tennessee Titans are believed to be interested in Pittsburgh Steelers impending free-agent WR Nate Washington, according to a source.

In other words, nothing new here.

His first touchdown came while playing as a cornerback, when he intercepted a pass by Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and returned it 100 yards for a touchdown on October 29, 2006 at McAfee Coliseum. It was the second longest interception for a touchdown in Raiders history and helped seal an upset win over the defending Super Bowl champions.

Carr actually got a bit of work at CB last year due to injury.  Not great but not a bad 4th CB.  Superb returner for both punts AND KOs. 

Probably low $$$.
