Back injuries are typically recurring problems, even for people who aren't getting pounded by 300-pound rhinos for 20+ weeks out of the year.  Or squatting 500 pounds and benching 400 pounds for the other 32 weeks.  I don't see him coming back from a second serious back injury and staying healthy for many more years.

I very much believe that this will be his last year in a Steeler uni.  And if we come up with another plan, he may not even be in one this year.

Lots of tough decisions.

You figure that some of it has to be answered by draft day, as our D1 decisions would revolve around the future plans for the O-line.
