The Pittsburgh Steelers have announced that two of their restricted free agents have signed their one-year tender offers.

Offensive linemen Chris Kemoeatu and Trai Essex inked their deals, and thus are now under contract with the team and obligated to participate in all mandatory offseason activities.

We could sign one or both to extensions at some point, but the given is, we have them for a year, and we need depth.  It's cheap, for now (no cap change).  But Max is the real question.

I don't care if Lovie Smith and Tony Dungy are black. Good for them. But that doesn't change the way I feel about them. The longer we keep looking at guys like Tony Dungy and Lovie Smith as "BLACK HEAD COACHES" as opposed to just "coaches" the longer race will continue to be a problem. --DoctorJohnnyFever
