RAIDERS SIGN STARKS
Posted by Michael David Smith on April 16, 2008, 9:45 a.m.
Free-agent cornerback Duane Starks has signed a contract with the Raiders. Again.

This is the third straight season that Starks has signed with the Raiders. In 2006 he signed with the team and played three games, and in 2007 he re-signed and was briefly on the roster but never played in a game.

No terms of the latest deal have been disclosed, but he will presumably play for the veteran minimum salary. The Ravens chose Starks with the 10th pick in the 1998 draft, and in 2002 he signed a free-agent contract with the Cardinals that made him one of the league
