I would think the Bengals should be thrilled that anyone is even using, much more promoting, anything about their franchise right now. Maybe they could give the site permission to sell Frostee Rucker autographed photos.
And the response letter to the nfl--classic!

The creators of MikeBrownSucks.com should take this to the Supreme Court. Parodies are protected as "fair use," which means they're not applicable to copyright laws. The "fraidy cat" image is a parody of the Bengals logo, so their use of the image should be protected.

Florio would never use any unauthorized images or anything. He's right.
Much too busy with spouting off completely baseless, sensationalized, unsourced material in a desperate plea for attention.
