I golfed on Saturday for the first time in probably 5 months. First tee shot was lost and was taking a penalty stroke. Took a 9 on the opening par 4 and was ready for a long day. Was already down 4 strokes to my playing partner.
Birdied the next hole (rare for me), then chipped to within a foot on the next to save par. Ended up giving him a game and pulled away at the end for bragging rights. Finished with a 95.
Hit two of the longest drives of my life. One was with a pretty good tail wind, but still a bomb compared to my usual offerings.
