Lions | Ball placed on IR

The Detroit Lions announced they have placed WR Reggie Ball (knee) on Injured Reserve, ending his 2008 season.
You'd hate to see Ball cut entirely. No one wants that.
But if he is cut, at least there's still Dave Ball.
