Funny you should mention that. When I was in New Orleans I sat at the bar talking football with guy from Mississippi who was from one town over from Favre. Needless to say he thought #4 was jesus pig fricking vomit christ himself.

I had the opposite experience in Kiln, MS following Hurricane Katrina. I ran into some people who went to HS with Brett Favor, and they couldn't stand him. He was a cocky jerk in high school. Talked about how cocky and snooty and arrogant he and his family had become. Strange how you get different reactions from the hometown folks.
