With the Ravens win today (down 27-13, win 37-27, rrrrrrrrrrrr...), we really need to win this game and break the fucking NFCE jinx.

Get into a rhythm of some sort.

But win.

No doubt man.  They lose and drop to a tie record even if they still have div lead via tie-breaker.  Not good.

I believe they can get it done.  The defense is for sure the real deal.  If Arians can get his head outta his arse or just get out of the way then maybe the offense can get something done.  Just score 20+ points, break even on TOs and control the clock.  That will get it done versus the league with the Steeler D to back it up.

Washington close to the bottom in sacks and ints.  That's not good for them; the way you beat the PS is with pressure on #7 and taking the ball away.

I like the way we match up with Washington.

Yes.  Yes, indeed.

If Pittsburgh can keep Portis in check and force Campbell to sling it more than he'd like, I think we'll definitely see his first INT of the year AND a minimum of 4+ sacks from Pittsburgh as well.

I've got some very bad news, folks.

Really liking the Steelers getting points in this one.

You know what?  Fuck jinxes.  I had a very nice weekend (4-0 - Packers, Ravens, Jets and Patriots) and I'm lettin' it all ride tonight on our Black and Gold.

You hear that Mikey?  You better have these guys pumped and ready to go.  Arians and LeBeau, let's see how you follow up that loss against the Gints.  Ben, be smart, but...be you.  Do what you do and do it well.  Offense, defense, let's put a solid 60 minutes together and make this a laugher going into the 4th.

Leave no doubt as to who is the better, more physical team on that field.

Ya' hearin' me??

Huh?

HUH??!!

Let's get it DONE!!!!

Who Ride?

WHO RIDE??

LET'S RIDE ON THREE!

ONE!

TWO!!

THREE!!!

LET'S RIDE!!!!!!!!!

For some reason, I watched a fair amount of the Bronco game yesterday.  They played the Dolphins, and Porter was all over the place.  One play a Bronco WR was called for a penalty or he dropped a ball, and porter was in his earhole for 15 or 20 yards walking back to the LOS.  Another one he was close to putting the hammer on Cutler but he got rid of it and threw a pick.  Porter was all over him, woofin at him after the play.  Dierdorf made some comment like he was talking to Cutler and said something like you are getting a supreme lesson from a world class trash talker.  Dierdorf was laughing as he was saying it.  It was pretty funny watching Porter go at it.

I watched a good chunk of that game. If Shanny had lips, he woulda chewed 'em off yesterday.

Phins better be careful or they might win that division.

What will Kornheiser talk about more tonite: The fact Campbell hasn't thrown a pick yet, or the correlation between the 'Skins winning/losing and which party wins the election?

I am seriously considering muting the game tonite.
