What was Starks doing on that tipped pass? Did anyone see that? He just stood there where it deflected off his back and into the hands of a Redskin.
WTFF? Knock THE BALL DOWN!

It was like he thought if he stood as still as he could that the ball wouldn't touch him. What an idiot.
BTW, I HATE the decision of the onside kick. That's the kinda gimmicky crap you pull when your defense can't stop anyone. After all the short fields the D faced last week, why start 'em off like that again?
It's not looking good early, time to turn it around.

Between the onside kick and a 28 yard punt from their own 20 they're lucky to be down 6-0.
The offense is looking terrible. But give the Skins D some credit I guess.

Nice punt block. Maybe they can get a TD out of this field position.

If BR would just take off when he moves up in the pocket, the D would have to be a little more conservative... even if he only gains a few yards each time.

Finally got something going. Got to get a TD on this. No penalties, punch it in.

BTW, did Santonio keep some extra weed? Seems way off tonight. Dropped a few, not in synch with Ben on hot reads.

There we go, nice finish.
Tomlin can steal Cowher's line at halftime of the SB.
We're ahead. I don't know how, but we're ahead.
Get the ball to start the 2nd half. Let's see if we can get a drive going.

A shitty half, and we're still up 10-6. That's heartening, I guess.
The season in a nutshell. Shitty O. Great D.
Play of the game thus far is Sage's boy Dre with the punt block. Simply outstanding in a game of field position.
SanStonio is dropping passes left and right. Ben is getting harassed. BA can't playcall to offset the heat, predictably. Nice job of forgetting about Mewelde in the offense, as a receiving threat. Way to not use Heat at all. Way to not use screeens, flares, or quick crossing routes. Way to see 39 un the ball and then just go away from the run. BA needs to be strung up and flayed.
Good D plays by 92, 56, and 24. 94 needs to replace 50. 43 has been 43, which is to say, he's 43.
Burger's gimpy, thank God we kept him over fresh legs.
Ratkofsky (sp.) has survived.
Half a bottle of Johnny, nervously quaffed. Good heavens.
Ben's comp. percent is more the product of pressure and drops. Shit, we look like the 2000 Stillers out there for criminy's sake. So glad to see we're not testing ANYTHING deep. Heaven forfend.
