Lexington Cops dig the Steelers

So my bro and his gas-efficient scooter were in a wreck last nite. Car pulled out in front of him, had to slam on the brakes, flipped over and landed on his shoulder.
Has what appears to be a mild separation, a la Big Ben, but lucky nonetheless. Also, having learned from Ben's mistake, he was wearing his full face black helmet, with Steelers logo on the right side. Kept his melon safe.
Rescue efforts come with fire trucks, cops, ambulance - more shit than FEMA took to NOLA. Cop sees the helmet sitting on his scooter and says "You shoulda been wearing that!" Bro says, I was, look at the visor, it's almost ripped off. Cop then sees the Steelers sticker and says, "That's what saved you. Those guys are some tough sons of bitches! You'd had a Bengals sticker on, you'd be dead."

Glad your bro is OK.
And that he wasn't wearing his Clay Aiken T-shirt.

Do they even make Bengals stickers?
Good to hear that bro survived, although he would have been major points if anyone had him in The Pool. Just sayin'.

I didn't have my Clay Aiken T-shirt, but I was wearing my favorite Brian Boitano shirt with sequins on it...maybe they blinded the driver and he couldn't see me. The thing I'm really pissed off about is that it did scratch up my Steelers sticker and it scuffed up my brand new white Nike shoes that I had just put on for the first time. But hey, like 50 says, "Might get a concussion, but it's better than a hole in the head"
Oh yeah, and Otis, that's just fucked up man...

Did you really just quote 50 Cent?
Glad you're okay.

Don't think "scooter" and "tough" are allowed to be in the same post.
That's like Man Law #231 or something.
Good to hear you're OK. Had a few close calls years back on my crotch rocket too. Definitely gives you some perspective on life.

Damn straight. We can replace the sticker, but probably not the right side of your brain.
Or CAN we????
