Arians says blame him for last Sunday's massacre.
I do and I will.

Looks like Bruce has been perusing MGS and finally got the subtle message.

Looks like you've been missing a lot of work lately.
I wouldn't say I've been *missing* it, Bob.

Will do. Thanks for the permission Mr. Arians.

I for one am just glad that he realizes he fucked that one up. I was worried (and have been for quite some time) that Arians doesn't realize that he does more bad than good to this team.
Now let's just hope he knows what he did wrong and that he actually learns from his mistakes and applies it to the offense for the rest of the season. It's hard to believe the light will finally click for this guy, but who knows.

I think we'll win against Balty - the true test is going to be whether we win in JAX.... then we'll know if they learned their lesson or not.

I blame that sack of shit for a lot more than the Philly game.

OC must be the toughest job in town. In all the years we've been posting, I don't think we've ever been satisfied with one. Gilbride, Whiz, Arians, they've all been pilloried at one time or another.
I think Arians stinks too, fwiw, but, just sayin'.

That's true. But if Ben comes out with 7 step drops this week...
I'd love to see his first 10 passes come out of his hand in about one second. Shotgun, catch, plant, throw. Don't care if they're for 3-5 yards each. Then you can try that pump fake that takes all day...maybe.

What kinda scares me about the Arians mea culpa, is that he is saying it for the wrong reasons. He is taking the blame so the OL doesn't have to, therefore shifting the focus off them. He is trying to shield them so they can have less distractions while preparing for Balty.
Thats all well and good, but his shitty play calls were actually the reason. He mentioned he calls the plays and they didn't work, so he should get the blame, but it doesn't seem like knows why the plays failed. I don't know, I just hope the O has a much more cohesive and more thought out gameplan for Balty.

IMO, while I feel the o-line should take the majority of the blame, there is enough to go around for last weeks game. Eitherway, I was cleaning up my front yard yesterday and I found a huge piece of sky. Bad games happen. We had ours last Sunday. I still think we are going to win the division. After that, who knows?
