I like it better myself personally. you might want to toy around with the available skins and what not to jazz it up more to your liking. the Black14K skin is kind of badazz.
I understand that their will be some graphics of steeler greats past and present on the main page whenever the administrator gets to it.

Some graphics on the home page would look nice. I'm thinking that something to rotate through images - perhaps some "supplied" by Yahoo or PPG or some such.
