Paulson is a lying sack of shit. And now the banks getting the money aren't going to make desparately needed loans. Why doesn't any of this surprise me?

Errrrrm, this was never intended to bail out Main St.

Banks are acting like paranoid coke-heads, as are Wall St. investors.  They're all puckered up like inmates that dropped soap in the shower.

But hey, for only a trillion and a half, two trillion, we've all learned a very valuable object lesson.  Let's hug it out and make smores.

The money grabs are so blatant now that it's downright disgusting.

This is why I cannot in good conscious vote for ANYONE who voted for the bailout. That includes McCain and Obama. This bailout was nothing but a lie spread upon the paranoid American public who were watching their 401Ks and college savings dwindle. It is criminal, IMO.

It's a hot night. The mind races. You think about your knife; the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sun up. Sleep tight, mates, in your quilted Chambray nightshirts.

The last time there was criminal activity of this scale consistently perpetrated on the American people they threw a tea party and revolted.

I'm just saying.

Of course, we're all too complacent to really do anything about it.  So long as we have our WalMarts and TVs and Mega churches then why complain?

Hell, it's all part of God's Plan that the rich get fatter.  Right?
