The Ratbirds are getting spanked right now, 27-10. And if Plaximo could block they'd have just scored another TD on a 77 yard run by Bradshaw to inside the 5 yard line. And if Plaximo could catch they'd still have the TD. But they get a FG to make it 30-10.

Man, the Giants are gouging them on the ground:
Bradshaw 4 80
B. Jacobs 11 73
D. Ward 11 41
They've given up 194 on the ground but still haven't allowed a 100 yard rusher! Woofuckinghoo!

No doubt about it. Probably a headline in B'more tomorrow.

Interesting stat--we haven't finished worse than 9th in total defense in this decade. Topped the list three times.

Quote
"I was embarrassed," Ravens linebacker-defensive end Terrell Suggs said.
He should be. So should the entire offensive line and inside linebackers Ray Lewis and Bart Scott. And defensive tackles Haloti Ngata and Justin Bannan. The Giants pounded them for 353 yards of total offense, including 207 rushing yards.
From now on, let's not hear anything else about the Ravens not allowing a 100-yard rusher. Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for 96. Brandon Jacobs had 73 and played only about one quarter.
Few teams rely on one back anymore; the Ravens and Giants each use three.
By the end of the first quarter, the Ravens wanted no more of the Giants' running game especially after Jacobs threw Ravens safety Ed Reed off his back late in the period. The Ravens spent the rest of the day arm-tackling and diving to the ground. They got punched silly.
"I'm not going to say they were more physical than us; I'm not going to concede that," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said.
Huh? What game was he watching? Did he get hit on the sideline?
Seconds later, on the same podium, cornerback Samari Rolle said: "They out-physicalled us today."

Guess I should give the B'more Sun a little more credit.
