TXTECH @ OU should be a good one

This is the first time I've worried that TXTECH might beat OU.  I know they've beaten them before, but I wasn't worried about it beforehand.  And this one is even at Memorial Stadium.  Not many OU losses there in recent years.

The Sooners defense isn't what it used to be, seems to have consistently fallen off over the last few years.  Still have the athletes but just aren't getting enough out of them.  But they have the offense to make up for that.

On the other hand, TXTECH still has their productive offense but have been slowly ratcheting up their defense over the past few years.  And now look at them:  undefeated and second only to Alabama!?

The Sooners need to do something about this.  Vegas hopes to rake in the most dough by setting the line at TXTECH + 6.5 so we'll see how that works out.

Didn't check the o/u but it has to be at least the upper 70's ...

Okie will have their hands full. The fact that the game is in Norman will ultimately allow Oklahoma to win the game.

Now the line is OU -7 and the o/u is 75.5 after opening -6.5 and 77.

WOW!  14-0 and they're driving!  That stop on 4th and 3 was LARGE.  Need to bury these guys though.  Way too much time left to start feeling overconfident.  Just like when they were kicking the Longhorns arses and then gave up a return for a TD - momentum totally went the other way.  A few bad calls later and it cost them the game.

Just keep scoring, baby!

Don't like that onside kick.  Stupid.  That could be enough to rally Tech if they don't get another stop.

So far though, Tech has no answer to the Sooner offense.  And the Tech offense has yet to pose an interesting question.
