In all right, we should come away with two tonight, although the Thrashers were on a five game winning streak up until this past Sunday when they lost to the Flyers. They also tend to play better at home.

While it's not going to be easy, containing Kovalchuk should be priority #1 tonight. It does not appear that has been our priority in the past judging that he has 17 goals, 30 points in 23 career games against the Pens.

It would be nice to see Fedotenko break out tonight, he tends to play well against the Thrashers with 9 goals, 21 points in 38 career games against the Thrashers.

Just for the hell of it....

Christensen = 16 games played, 1 goal, 7 assists and is a -7.

Armstrong = 17 games played, 2 goals, 5 assists and is a 0.

Thorburn = 17 games played, 0 goals, 1 assist and is a -2.

Hedberg = 3 wins and 3 losses, .879 save%, 4.04 GA.
