Only franchises to have longer active streaks (season of last win):
Buffalo - 95
Cleveland - 94
KC - 93
Detroit - 91
Cincy - 90
Houston doesn't count since they haven't been around that long, and Cleveland is questionable because the original franchise moved, so you could consider them an expansion also. Buffalo would be off the list if not for the Music City Miracle.
