By going on that late season run and catching the gaggin Denver team (worst collapse ever?), and winning a playoff game, you've insured that Norv Turner will be coaching in the NFL for a few more years.  Hopefully by the time they figure out he isn't the answer, all that talent will be too old to be effective.

Seriiously, have you seen two worse challenge calls?  No way they're going to respot the ball when it's nothing but a mass of bodies.  While the timing for the INT was right for a challenge, they had the whole TV timeout to look at replays.  There's no way they could have seen anything conclusive to overturn the INT.  Complete waste of challneges/timeouts.

Tomlin's challenge of Ike's non-INT, while unlikely to be overturned, at least was worth it since if it works, game over, and if not, no big deal.  Don't need timeouts at that point, and in 3 seconds all other challenges come from the booth.

I have heard a stat that the Chargers were 12-1 in Dec./Jan. under Norv coming into the game yesterday.  They must have played the lamest Dec. schedule in NFL history the last two years for that to be true. 

Am I correct that we will draw the AFC West and the NFC South next year?

Don't know who was hot/not hot at the time, but we know that in '08 both Tampa and Denver were fading/gagging badly.  Other than that, one nice looking win (Tenn), 2 home wins vs. mediocre teams (Det,Denver), and 4 wins against bad teams (KC, Oak 2 each).

Hard to argue with 3 playoff wins though.
