Penso came to Big D with his girlfriend to visit her parents.  My family and I met him, his girlfriend and her brother for eats.  We only got to visit for an hour or so, you know - school night, work blah blah blah.  Still, it was much fun and great to put a face to an internet name.  Posted a couple of photos in the gallery.

Classic thread, nice job with the pics otis, except for the unconscionable act of removing the newt jacket.

It was indeed a lovely time meeting the bonzr clan, exceptionally nice folks.  Jonzr's daughter is one we'll have to be keeping away from otis in the next few years, too.  She's going to break some hearts.

I have some crazy stories to relate from the trip.  But for now let me say that the new stadium is absolutely a blight on the face of the earth.  It rises out of the plain some giant alien pus ball, and if you come within a few hundred yards of it, it will eat your soul.  Made me thankful for the simplicity of Heinz Field.  BTW we nearly got arrested for approaching the stadium, but that's a story for another thread.
