Wow....wife takes that flight about every 5 weeks. J&J corporate is in NJ. Thats scary.

Reading some of the stories of those onboard gives me chills. Somebody, somewhere was watching out for these people.

Amazing, and truly heroic. This is a good reminder that there ARE more important things than what happens Sun. night. It won't make me any less fanatical, but still, it adds perspective to the mix.

Its absolutely incredible that everyone survived. That pilot is a hero in every sense of the word. Give him a mad bonus and a nice vacation.
As a frequent flier who flies into LGA a bunch, I know exactly that runway and take off route. Scary. Must have been coming down like a rock to not nave been able to make it to Newark.
