Anybody know the going rate for organ donation? More directly does anyone know if its possible to list some spare-part semi-vital organ(s) on ebay or Stubhub type sites? Entrails-4-sale.org?? I would very much like to go to Super Bowl Forty-Three but I'm broke as a joke. How long can I keep drinking before the sale? Don't make me go to yahoo! answers with this information.

I'm no doctor, but I would assume your liver is a lock to get $37. You can sell your blood a couple times in the next two weeks as well.

Your best bet would be finding an image of the Virgin Mary on some sort of truck stop snack.

Advertise on Craig's List for tickets for sale, and have someone wire money to you for them. Then, once you get the money, just deposit it in the bank and don't send them tickets, because you don't have any!
