Remeber the dude who jumped out of the stands to confromt the ref because his brother got fouled and there was no call? 

May cost him jail time.

To be honest, dumb as it was, he didn't actually get physical or even really get in the ref's face, so I think I'd let it slide if I were the judge.

Yeah, he didn't get violent, but...

I think the judge has to send a message here.  There are way too many nutjobs out there who WOULD get violent.  He needs to pull a David Stern vs. Ron Artest, and send the message that you're going to pay for it if you pull this crap.

The problem I have is if the judge calls it a parole violation, dude gets 5 years in jail.  I realize it was the drug stuff that put him in this situation, and if he committed a crime he should get the penalty.  Just wondering if what he did should have that big a backlash.
