Mr. Swann received that brutal concussion in the AFCCG vs the Raiders, the media said he was going to be ineffective. Then he came out and had one of the best WR performances ever in a Super Bowl vs. a surprisingly good Cowboys team that year.

Hmmmm.... Arizona was "surprisingly" good this year. Ward is hurt. They are questioning whether he should play or not. i mean..... I'm just sayin'.....

And, not to minimize the damage a concussion can have on a player, but it's much easier to be effective coming off one of those than it is after having your knee twisted and bent in ways which it wasn't intended.

Again, I'll be very, very surprised if he substantially contributes in the passing game.

It wasn't a concussion he had in XL, but that shoulder injury.
Agreed, knees are tough, but the knee gave an interview on Tuesday and it looked good.

My response was directed towards the OhioUSF, LC.

I meant Ward as compared to Swann, not the '08 Ward to the '05 version.

Ah, sorry.  I've been doing that a lot lately.

But agreed that often a concussion is much easier to come back from than a knee, shoulder, etc. sometimes.
