Former Steeler Woodson makes Hall of Fame

Former Steeler Rod Woodson today became the 20th man from the Steelers to make the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Woodson played cornerback from 1987 through 1996, then played for four other teams before he retired after the 2003 season, finishing up at safety.

Woodson was among the final 15 modern-day candidates in his first year of eligibility.

Dermontti Dawson and Russ Grimm did not receive enough votes.

Dawson made All-Pro six consecutive times and was selected to the NFL's team of the decade for the 1990s.He played for Pittsburgh from 1988 to 2000.

I can't believe Dawson didn't make it.  What are those people thinking?  Haven't they read about what every opposing defensive player who lined up against him has had to say about his play?  WTFF?

Yeah, I thought when Belicheat called Dawson the best center he's ever videotaped...err....f aced, he'd be a shoe-in.
