Bull-fucking-shit it wasn't.
That's what some yahoos are claiming based on this picture:

Obviously, that's a split second snapshot that follows the catch and both feet touching. It's not too hard to post a picture where his feet are beginning to come off the ground.
This one shows his toes being much closer to (if not touching) the ground:

And, FWIW, here a video of the catch. You can see he has to elevate slightly to make the catch. After he does, you can see his feet come down and "bump" the ground. If you watch very closely, his right foot (the foot in question) appears to turn slightly when that happens.

I'm just putting these up here for reference because I'm sure as time passes, other pictures further confirming that it was a TD will surface. Feel free to add them here.
Oh, and if somebody runs their mouth complainin' that it wasn't a catch, this serves as a good place to find proof to the contrary.
