I heard some stories about this bleedgreen guy, in Tampa. I think he's left jasonic emotionally scarred. Dude would only chat with me from about 20 feet away, for fear I might piss on his leg.

actually I'm good, Penso on the other hand was definitely emotionally scarred from the incident.  He's stopped wearing shoes and walks around in Birkenstocks and a waterproof jumpsuit ever since.

FWIW, I sat across the table from Otis, and I never once felt anything warm or wet on my leg.  Though maybe he was on his best behavior with my daughter there.

OTOH, he did pick a table right next to the port-o-johns.
