They are offer lifetime subs, with the deal that if they are bought out, they are null and void. Why anyone would do that is beyond me. Having said that, I love my XM.

I love mine too. In my market there is no current terrestrial pop, rock, or alternative station so pretty much all I listen to is XM. Plus I love me the NHL and enjoy their coverage.

Bankruptcy is on hold for now, they got a loan. I wonder how much longer they have left on the Stern deal, that has to be killing them.

Liberty Media just invested $530M in Sirius; they swim for now.  Some serious debt and management issues remain, however, and with the auto industry on the skids the future is anything but assured.
