Kalman says he chose the name because he believes it is better to struggle through difficult times -- that is, live in "hell" -- than to commit suicide.
Seems harmless. Hell, it's downright commendable.
The statute reads: "(An) entity name may not contain words that constitute blasphemy, profane cursing or swearing or that profane the Lord's name."
I bet if he named his business "Sinners Burn In Hell" it would have flown right through.

profane - characterized by irreverence or contempt for God or sacred principles or things; irreligious.
They should probably go ahead and execute the dude now. Off with his head!
