So pissed.
How pissed are you?
Hey, I'll recap for ya. A bunch of guys ran around a grassy field and kicked a ball back and forth. Some of them fell down, but they got back up. In the end, nobody scored.

One writhing fellow was heard to mutter, "Aaaagh, my balls!"

And was a small slip of red paper shown to the man in response?

So the semifinals are set. The current holders ManU face off against fellow Premiership side Arsenal, and the current favorites Barcelona are matched up with last years runners up Chelsea..... Who would have thought there would have been 12 goals between Chelsea and Liverpool? That 4-4 draw on Tuesday that sent Chelsea through was amazing. Cristiano "Fancy Pants" Ronaldo scored what he termed his best goal ever at Porto, to send his ManU into the next round. Arsenal took care of business against Villareal with a easy 3-0 win in North London, and Barca easily held their 4-0 aggregate advantage against German heavyweights Bayern.
Should be a fun semifinal round, with English domination once again, but the question still remains, can anyone stop Messi?

I'm still tryin' to catch up. That blast from 40-45 yards was frickin' sick. Was so pulling for an upset.
Basically, I'm hopin' for anyone other than United.

Glen Quagmire: WHOA! Transvestite! Back off! Wait a sec, pre-op or post-op?

On to the Semis. The fun starts tomorrow, Tuesday, on The Duece at 2:30pm EDT with Barcelona v Chelsea from the Nou Camp. With The Blues starting left back Ashley Cole suspended for the match, it will be interesting to see who starts in the position that will be facing Messi most of the night. Should be a great match.
Then on Wednesday, same bat time, same bat channel, two English sides battle it out. ManU v Arsenal will gaurantee a spot in the final for an EPL squad. The Red Devils will be at home, and Old Trafford will be rockin'.
Get us an away goal Drogs, and bring'em back to the Bridge.

Set your DVR's to stun, tomorrow at 2:30 EDT(ESPN2) ManU travels to North London for the second leg of the semi-final with Arsenal. The Red Devils take a slim 1-0 aggregate lead with them. The Gunners need to keep a clean sheet, and find a way to put a couple past Van der Saar to advance to their first CL Final since 2006. The defending champs just need to hold on and draw to keep their dream of repeating alive.
Wednesday is Chelsea v Barcelona at the same time(ESPN2), and the tie stands at 0-0 after Chelsea held Barca at the Nou Camp. The Blaugrana will be without central defender, and Captain, Puyol. There is speculation Henry may not play due to a knock he picked up in the second half of the Blancos destruction of Real Madrid at the Bernabeu over the weekend. A scoring draw sends Barca through so The Blues need to win outright to advance to consecutive CL Finals.
Up Chelsea!

Yeah you wish. At least one gunner will score tomorrow.

Aww, do I sense some bitterness after Arsenal was booted from the FA Cup by the Blues?............. Actually, I do wish. Barca's attack is the best in the world, and they are still the fav's to go through, so Chelsea needs all the help they can get, even at the Bridge. Messi, Eto, and Henry have combined for 95 goals this season. Simply unstoppable.
And I will be feverently rooting for Arsenal today. Down with that whiny bitch Sir Alex.
