Some guy over at KFFL does a pretty good job of estimating these each year, and came up with this:

And they already have an extra 7th, right? But having four in the top 100 sounds like a good thing, even if three are basically in the bottom 1/3.
Don't you think they have to come out of day 1 with an OL player who competes in camp for a starting job and a CB who competes for at least nickle duty?

Yeah, we have the Bucs' R7 for Mahan, IIRC.
I agree, four in the top 100 is pretty nice, even if the R3 and R3C are at the bottom. I still think there will be plenty of value there... guards like Canfield and Greene maybe, who can potentially compete now.
Totally agree that we need 1 OL player in the impact rounds who can start early, and probably another 1-2 OL at some point. Remember, day 1 is now R1-2 only, so an OL and a CB in day one is both our day 1 picks. The nickel guy, I think, we can possibly get with a FA like Carr, but it seems like we're looking earlier in the draft, so we'll see.

Go figure, Pats get 3 picks again. 5th rounder for Stallworth? Seems high, but I don't follow this much. higher $, but played fewer games than any of the projected 6th round comps.
Don't see how SD can get anything but a third for Turner. $ may be a little low, but his production...
Skins get a pick for Mark Brunell? Didnt even know he was in the league.
Looking closer, it seems to be about 90% based on $$, so performance appears to be a minor factor. Again, WTF do I know.

We have to get a WR, CB, OL, DL and a S with the first 4 rounds.

Also based on these numbers I think we can get two 4th round picks for Nate and BM next year?

Nah, a fifth and a sixth, dependent upon whether we actually sign anyone to cancel out.

With extreme emphasis on OL and DL.
Be nice to spread the wealth and all, but let's be serious. Teams are won & lost in the trenches, coincidentally our Achilles' heel. OL: young and bad; DL: good but old. The upside is where, exactly? Of course, great teams are built with a laser focus on no position, so yes, we would be well served to remember WR, CB, and S. And also ILB, and probably FB, and possibly even OLB again.
But if we spent the entire 2009 draft on OL and DL, I would't be pissing blood, fer sher.
