"Reports of my demise were greatly exaggerated."

Dammit, what movie is that from?

Not sure of the movie, but it was Mark Twain who originally came up with that quote "The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated."

The offer is to re-fi to 5.0 with no points and the lender will cover $1K of closing...reasonable deal?

What type of prepayment penalties could I be looking at?

We currently are at 6.125...not great I know but it's where we were when we bought.
