The formula, although not exactly known, is based on the combination of quality free agents gained and lost the previous year

so the addition of 3rd down back M. Moore and the loss of an ALL Pro LG in Faneca yields a 5th rounder?  yeah that makes alot of sense.

When have the steelers EVER picked up a quality NFL free agent?
