These rules are complete bullshit. They are just a few years away from the QB having to wear a red jersey. Amazing.

No wedges on kickoffs? That is bizarre. Are these Pro Bowl rules? No blitzing, 4-3 only base defense.

Hines is going to have to tap a LB on the shoulder, tell him he is going to block him, ask if it is ok if he blocks him, then get an signed affidavit affirming or denying permission for the said block. Penalties are going to be way up.
