Hey man I did something I know you would not do. I really hope we are able to meet someday to discuss our differences.

The world definitely needs people with different views and interests, without a doubt. Being a person with different views, a sentence with a statement about helping a "poor little girl" is the sensationalism that seems to go along with crusading causes. I certainly wasn't offended, just putting in my .02.
In resposne to one Mr. Otismalibu - something came up a few weeks ago at the BV household. I don't recall exactly how it came up, but I humorously proposed, to the family, how it would be a win/win to have the dog stuffed. Stay with me here. He could be in the house all the time, they could pet him whenever they want, he wouldn't be scratchy from his allergies, no more dog hair all over the house, less vacuming, we wouldn't need to buy dog food, grooming, vet care, etc. We could even pose him with his front paws crossed with his rawhide bone. How many more points could you possibly need to support a position?
After that, something came up, something trivial, where me and Mrs. BV both thought we were right. I said "I'll bet you". She sgreed so we started discussign the stakes. I said "if I'm right we get the dog stuffed". Both of the kids were immediately "mommy, mommy don't bet don't bet". It was pretty funny. Let's just say daddy went "all in" and I pushed them off the hand, so to speak.
Then, we were on vacation over spring break. The kids were in the pool talking to this lady with a toddler. It had been 10 or 15 minutes. I went over there and said to the lady "they aren't asking you for money or anything are they"? She said "no, they were telling me how their mean dad wants to have their dog stuffed". They were selling me down the river to a complete stranger. Pretty funny.
