Warren AND Sweed put on IR

I wouldn't mind them bringing in Chris McAllister (sp?) to take Sweed's spot (allegedly they're looking at Ash Lelie and Shaun McDonald)

Now he truly is a Lame-ass Sweed.

WTF?  Sweed to IR because of the flu...?

But Batch stays on the 53MR?

Didn't NO sign McAllister a few weeks back?  Someone did.  Maybe he was since released.

Ironic, isn't it?

Sweed finally catches something, but it's only the flu.

He makes Braylon Edwards look coordinated.

Speaking of coordinated, watched the replay on that catch from the front side.  First, throw isn't getting enough credit.  Defender was in better position than I thought.  CB's arm was inside Wallace's.  That throw is a foot in any direction and it's probably incomplete, and it was a good 30 yards away.

As far as the catch, to make it with a defender's arm in there, catch it cleanly enough so there's no way the ref can wave it off, get the feet in, and hold onto it when you hit the ground - just wow.

Agreed.

The in-laws had arrived to watch the Vikes game, so they were watching the end of the Steelers game with us. As we got closer, I told my father-in-law that the Steelers don't have any tall WRs to lob one to and Ben is more of a dart thrower anyway. I figured there would be too many defenders around the goal line for a pass like that to have a chance, but he did it...again.

He managed the game.  That's all.
