It is absolutely absurd to think that winning the AFCN is out of our reach.  This is the NFL; nothing is a guarantee from week to week, and there is nothing about the Bengals to suggest they are a rock solid lock to win out. 

Cincy closes with @Oak, Cle, Det, @Min, @SD, KC, @NYJ.  No one can convince me that there aren't at least 3 games they can drop out of that group.

Of course it is dependant on us closing out our schedule with a clean slate.  And it has to start this week @KC.

I agree about the CIN schedule.  They'll likely lose at least 2 of the road games but their remaining home schedule is cushy.  Hopefully eightfive will continue running his mouth and get a bit of comeuppance at some point. 

I look for a very workmanlike performance by the Steelers @KC this week.  They know they're under the gun and have to know that they have far tougher games ahead to let what passes for a sure thing get away.

Show up at Arrowhead, stomp the effyoukay outta KC and head back home, another day at the office.

I'll sheep it up here too.  They're two games ahead of Pittsburgh with seven left.  Anything can happen.

FWIW, I did read somewhere (can't remember where, exactly) that Cincinnati has the third easiest sked based on opponents win percentage from here on out.  Pittsburgh?  The easiest.

They lost Odom. The Benson injury looks like it may nag.  We've had injuries, too, but I think the Bengals' margin of error is smaller, personnel-wise.

We had a bad game.  Shat the bed.  I'll flock up as well and predict we romp through the second half.  I'd have frankly rather lost to Balty in Balty than to Cinci in Pitt, but if take care of biz and the Bengals fold up, 's all good.

I hear ya.  Funny thing, right before KO, the radio announcer said that the STeelers wouldn't allow another return TD this season!

Holy crap, Quinn is 8/9   151   3TD and the  Brownstains are whipping DET 24-3 in the 1st!?
